Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Suhana Welfare Society, every product is handcrafted with care by our artisan community. We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

⚠️ Please note: Our products are made by hand. Minor variations in size, colour, texture, and finish compared to photographs are a natural characteristic of handmade crafts and are not considered defects.

2. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged (broken, cracked, or crushed in transit).
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item shipped).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that was not visible in product photos.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by photos of the damage or issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Items returned without prior communication with our team.
  • Perishable or consumable goods.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at swsranchi@gmail.com with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement as applicable.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

6. Donations

Donations made to Suhana Welfare Society are non-refundable as they are immediately deployed toward artisan welfare programs. In case of a duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us at swsranchi@gmail.com within 48 hours for a resolution.
