2. About Suhana Welfare Society
Suhana Welfare Society (SWS) is a registered non-profit organisation founded in 2019, dedicated to empowering rural and tribal artisan communities across Jharkhand through traditional handicraft skill development, fair-trade market access, and community welfare programs.
3. Products and Orders
- All products sold through this website are handcrafted by artisans supported by SWS. Slight variations in size, colour, and finish are inherent to the handmade nature of these items and do not constitute defects.
- Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed upon payment and subject to product availability.
- SWS reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in case of product unavailability or quality concerns.
4. Donations
- Donations made to SWS are used exclusively for artisan welfare programs, skill training, and community development activities.
- Donations are non-refundable except in case of a technical error leading to duplicate payment.
- Donation receipts for Section 80G tax exemption purposes are available upon request at swsranchi@gmail.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, artwork, logos, and design — is the property of Suhana Welfare Society or its content contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SWS.
6. Limitation of Liability
SWS provides this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products.
7. Governing Law
